  • How do I make and appointment?

    Please contact our reception at 9799 3751 and they will help you find an appointment time with your practitioner of choice. On the evening prior to your appointment, you will receive a SMS reminder message.
  • What do I need to bring to my first appointment?

    • You don’t need a referral if you are a private patient.
    • X-rays, scans and reports
    • You will need a referral and case details if you are claiming your treatment through Work Cover or TAC.
    • You will need an up to date referral if you are claiming your treatment through DVA or Medicare EPC program.
  • What should I wear?

    It is our intention to respect your privacy and protect your modesty during treatment. Please wear comfortable loose clothing and expect to uncover the area and possibly adjacent areas to be treated.
  • How do I pay?

    Payment is required on the day of the service. If you have a private insurance, rebates are available and can be claimed ‘on-the-spot’. We are member preferred with all major health funds, ensuring that you get the maximal rebate from your private health cover. If you wish to know the out of pocket expense prior to your consultation we recommend that you contact your health fund for more information regarding your rebate.   • How many treatments will I need?

    During the assessment, the physiotherapist will determine how many treatments you are likely to require. The number of treatments varies from patient to patient depending on the nature of the condition, it severity and how compliant you are with exercises, posture and activity modification.
  • What is Dry needling?

    Dry needling is an effective and safe treatment option which is used to assist in the management of a wide variety of acute and chronic musculoskeletal condition, whether caused by postural stresses, sports or work injury and referral pain (headache, sciatica).   • What is your cancellation policy?

    Ideally we request cancellation on the day prior to your scheduled appointment. However we recognize this is not always possible but require notification at least 4 hours prior to your appointment. Please refer to our patient information sheet for further information. We remind you of your appointment. On booking your initial assessment, we will ensure you receive an SMS reminder message prior to your appointment, for each appointment.
